प्रज्ञा स्कूल ने स्थापना वर्ष 1994 से ही क्षेत्र में विद्यार्थियों शिक्षा के साथ–साथ प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं जैसे IIT-JEE, NEET ) की तैयारी हेतु छठी कक्षा से ही कोचिंग की शुरुआत की गई। अपने प्रयास से विद्यालय ने गत 31 वर्षों में उल्लेखनीय परिणाम दिए हैं। समय–समय पर विद्यालय ने विभिन्न पाठ्यक्रम लागू किए, वर्तमान में Resonance Kota का पाठ्यक्रम छठी कक्षा से 12वीं कक्षा तक विभिन्न प्रकार के Olympiad व अन्य प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी हेतु लागू किया गया है। इसके लिए Expert Faculty की देख–रेख में नियमित कक्षाओं का आयोजन किया जाता है।

विद्यालय में प्राइमरी कक्षाओं से ही Scientific Temperament, Competitive Spirit व Vision विकसित किया जाता है। प्राइमरी के छात्र–छात्राएं अपनी विज्ञान, गणित व कम्प्यूटर प्रयोगशालाओं में विषय विशेष की व्यवहारिक जानकारी Learning by doing method से प्राप्त करते हैं। विद्यालय का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों के सपनों को उड़ान देने के साथ–साथ सर्वांगीण विकास करना व सृजनात्मक कौशल को बढ़ावा देना है।
