🏫 SCHOOL UNIFORM POLICY

➤ Students must wear the prescribed school uniform daily. Students arriving without the proper uniform will not be permitted to attend classes.

➤ Newly admitted students are required to procure their complete school uniform within one week of admission.

💳 FEE REGULATIONS

✓ Monthly Dues: Monthly tuition fees must be deposited on or before the 10th of every month.

✓ Transport Fee: Bus fare is applicable for 11 months of the academic year.

✓ Admission Charges: Admission fees and all other applicable charges must be paid in full at the time of admission.

✓ Receipts: Please ensure you collect a fee receipt from the fee counter after every transaction.

✓ Refund Policy: All fees are strictly non-refundable once a student has been admitted to the school.

✓ Board Exams: Examination fees for Board classes will be charged separately, as prescribed by the respective Board from time to time.

✓ Sibling Concession: If two siblings from the same parents are seeking admission, the younger child will be granted a 50% concession on their monthly tuition fee.

📜 GENERAL SCHOOL RULES

➤ Leaving Premises: No student is allowed to leave the school campus during working hours without written permission from a parent/guardian and the Principal.

➤ Transport: Students are not allowed to change their bus routes mid-session without prior permission from the transport authority. Prior approval from the Principal is also required before opting in or out of the school bus facility.

➤ Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory. Students falling below this requirement will not be allowed to appear for the final examinations.

➤ Code of Conduct: Parents and students are bound by the school's rules and regulations, which are subject to amendment from time to time.

➤ Liability: While the school takes all necessary safety precautions, it cannot be held responsible for unforeseen accidents or loss of personal property. The school is not liable for compensation claims arising from illness, accidents, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

➤ No Dues Certificate: Students must obtain a 'No Dues Certificate' prior to the commencement of Mid-Term and Annual examinations. Failure to clear dues will result in the student being barred from examinations, for which the school will not be held responsible.

➤ Discipline: Severe disciplinary violations or continuous flouting of school rules will result in immediate expulsion without prior notice.

📝 ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Age Criteria (as of 31st March):

• Play Group (Nursery): 3+ Years

• LKG: 4+ Years

• UKG: 5+ Years

Process: The admission process begins in March and involves a brief, friendly interaction with the child and the parents. The Prospectus and Registration Form are available at the School Office.

Application Forms: The Registration Form and Admission Form must be completely filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Required Documents (Originals/Photocopies to be submitted at admission):

✓ Birth Certificate (For admission to classes Play Group to Class IX).

✓ Original School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from the previous school (For Classes II to XI).

✓ Progress Report Card from the previous school.

✓ Aadhar Card of both the child and the parents.

✓ Family ID (PPP).

✓ Original Character Certificate (Compulsory for Class XI).

✓ Mark sheet issued by the respective Board (CBSE/ICSE/BSEH) for admission to Class XI.

✓ Three recent passport-size photographs of the student.
